Any dispute arising under these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan. Wandering Elk Ridge operates the platform for players in Canada and makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions.
